Processor/CPU: The processor controls all the functions of the computer. As a graphics designer, you need a fast and powerful processor to run complext graphics designing software. The laptop you want to consider must have at least Quad-core processor with the minimum speed of 2.5GHz
RAM: The RAM is also a crucial part we have to consider as it have a significant impact on the speed of the computer. It is the only storage device the Processor communicate with directly. Whenever you run a program, all the files pertaining to the program will be extracted from the Secondary Storage drive to the RAM, then the Processor can access it. As Graphics designing softwares are very large, there is a need for a More RAMs. Atleast 8GB RAM will work perfectly
Screen display size: Because graphics design is a visual medium, you want a large screen to work with. Generally, a 13-inch size is too small for a graphics design. You should check for atleast 15-inch size. The lowest Screen resolution of the screen to consider is 1920x1080 pexels.
Storage derives: It can be either Hard-Disk Drive (HDD) or Solid State Drive (SSD). Though, the Solid State Drive is faster, lighter and more durable than the Hard-Disk Drive. Frankly speaking, Storage drives don't significantly affect the performance of the PC. But the size( capacity) worth considering. Graphics designers work on large data, so large storage drive is needed. Minimum of 500GB is ok.
